THE CHALLENGE/ OPPORTUNITY
NewStream Enterprises was looking for a long-term partner to handle its website, SEO, and digital ad campaigns. They previously used the HubSpot CMS (content management system) for their website but were looking to change to the WordPress CMS while still utilizing HubSpot’s CRM capabilities.
THE SOLUTION
After meeting with NewStream Enterprises, we realized they had a lot of information about their potential customer after they submitted an inquiry, but that they didn’t have a strong system in place to deliver a lead. Nor did they have an effective Google Analytics or conversion tracking system. We started the project by building a new website for them. Once that was completed, we worked to establish a complete Google Analytics tracking system, including spam filters in Google Analytics and conversion and event tracking. We walked NewStream through a comprehensive questionnaire, taking the time to understand their business, the kinds of people they wished to target, and the value of each lead type. Using the questionnaire, we wrote new search ads, and adjusted targeting for Google Ads. We also set them up with a Microsoft Ads account. We implemented an SEO plan based on technical optimization, link building, and blog consulting. Because the website is the hub of their digital marketing efforts, we set NewStream up with a robust WAF (web application firewall) and maintain their website regularly.
THE RESULT
Upon launching the Google Ads campaign, the client saw immediate results. The client generated $12.51 in estimated revenue for every $1 they spend with Google Ads over the first quarter. SEO can take more time to get going, but not for NewStream Enterprises. The SEO campaign generated $165 in estimated revenue for every $1 they spent over the first quarter.
