They process over two million inspections every year – accounting for nearly a quarter of all homes sold in the United States – and they support inspection businesses of all sizes. THE CHALLENGE/ OPPORTUNITY ISN was running a WordPress website, but interested in upgrading the user experience – particularly with the blog. They hoped to improve SEO results in the process. THE SOLUTION After meeting with ISN, we suggested we start with a website redesign, focusing on both UX and technical SEO. We worked hard to make sure each page loaded quickly, passed Core Web Vitals audits and had valid, sensible title tags, meta descriptions, and header tag structures.
